Complete and accurate whole plasmid sequencing from 2.5 kb to 30 kb in length. Deliverables include sequence in TXT and FASTA file format, plus a fully annotated plasmid map.
Whole Plasmid Sequencing Plus
In addition to the standard whole plasmid sequence result, the predicted sequence provided will be automatically assembled with the whole plasmid sequence result sequence to save your time and budget.
Amplicon Sequencing
Sequencing of clonal linear DNA prepared by PCR or LCR from 2 kb to 30 kb in length. Re-assemble the raw reads and align them against each other to generate a high-accuracy linear consensus sequence.
Custom sequencing
Full-length sequencing of double-stranded linear or circular DNA, between 2 kb and 300 kb in length. Amplification-free long-read sequencing library is constructed and sequenced using a dedicated R10.4.1 flow cell with >99% accuracy.
